This is a beautiful location however, the waitress seemed new and didn’t explain what to expect with the meals as the small menu is presented as an à la cart but that was not clear. Based on the price points, I do not feel it was a good value for your money. You can expect to spend $16 for salad, we were never told if there was any soup, the main course ran $40 for the crab and lobster ravioli. The only recommendation we had from the waitress was at that the raviolis was a small portion and she had suggested we add something else to our meal. I’m not sure if they had desserts as we were never told or offered. For reference, it was four of us with for a 4 PM dinner reservation, there was very few people in the restaurant at that time. There was a long wait time in between the waitress coming to take our drink order and then to take our main order and she only checked on us once in two hours in between order taking. I finally had to ask for the check. The food tasted good but the overall experience was subpar. I would not recommend this restaurant nor will I be back.

Visited for a birthday brunch and overall a good experience. The staff is all friendly and helpful. Excellent Bloody Mary., very generous portions. Only caveat --tofus scramble was a little bland. Salt shaker empty.

The food was excellent and overall it was good experience. Waitstaff should be reminded to clear used glasses and dishes promptly. Our table started to pile up and waitstaff just kept walking past us. But love the venue. Fourth visit.

First visit to Copper & Salt. Attentive and friendly service. Food was outstanding. I had the steelhead, my wife had the pasta. We loved our entrees. The grilled brussel sprouts with bacon were amazing! We will be back!

Our server Grace was fantastic. The food was very good and the amounts were perfect. It was so loud, though, that we couldn’t have a decent conversation - there is one long table that seems oddly placed with everyone facing one direction - they’re yelling to talk to each other, but we could hear them great 20’feet away. Beautiful views and great food - just need to look into the acoustics as our primary conversation leaving was about finding a quieter place next time.

Last night, I had the pleasure of indulging in a wine and food pairing that can only be described as extraordinary. The combination of carefully selected wines and expertly prepared dishes created an unforgettable culinary experience that left me in awe. What truly set this experience apart was the thoughtfulness of the pairings. Each wine was chosen to complement the dish it accompanied, elevating both the food and the drink. The impeccable service and relaxed atmosphere made this experience even more memorable. The restaurant's ambiance, with its beautiful décor, created a perfect backdrop for this exceptional meal. I highly recommend Copper and Salt Northwest Kitchen and can't wait for the next time. Cheers!

Gosh this was such an amazing experience! Treated well for me and my best friends night out. She was in from outta town and I had one night to take her one place and I’m glad I picked copper and salt. My wait staff was unbelievably sweet, Byron and kthe bartender Kaeden took great care of us! Kaeden deserves a raise he’s so sweet! Loved every aspect of our dinner, the restaurant, cooks, and wait staff. Can’t wait to visit again, and hopefully stay in one of the gorgeous rooms! Thanks again copper and salt for a wonderful experience dining with you.
