The food was good overall. However, the dessert came to us with the ice cream mostly melted over the brownie and the brownie was not warm. It was quiet so that made it easy to have a conversation. I will say though that the service was excellent.

Made reservations and didn't know it was in a hotel. We couldn't even fund where we checked in for reservations. We asked the bartender, and they didn't even know. We decided we would go somewhere else for dinner but have drinks while waiting. Took almost an hour to order and receive drinks. Once we received our drinks, we didn't see anyone to order more and had to go to the bar just to get our check. I hope you guys can make this process easier in the future for your customers.

For what we paid for this Mother’s Day brunch, we were super disappointed. The service was not what we paid for (automatically added 18% gratuity). We constantly had to keep asking for water refills, more coffee, etc. There was not a very wide selection of food options. Worst of all, the live music was very loud and not in keeping with the Mother’s Day theme. We were expecting a lot more for what we paid and were very disappointed.

They don’t actually accept reservations but the bartender was really nice about giving us a place to recalibrate our dinner plans.

First up, the restaurant is not an actual separate part of the hotel as many hotel restaurants are. This was not a deal breaker but for those looking for that, this isn’t it. It’s like eating in the lobby. Second, the service was horrible. The waiter would grab one drink order and just walk away and not ask anyone else. Many items weren’t available and the waiter gave us attitude when we ordered them, like we were supposed to know they were out. The food was ok overall. I ordered the salmon and it was incredibly salty. But it was cooked well. I would NEVER go back.

Finally, a hotel restaurant that has great food! I came here for a happy hour drink and ended up having dinner, too. Food was great and drinks were even better. Staff was very friendly, too. Will definitely come back here for another Happy Hour.

Great food, energetic atmosphere, friendly service in a comfortable and modern setting. Every time I go to Copper and Steel I try something new. The chicken wings are amazing (love the housemade dry rub wings), the burnt ends with the roasted corn is fantastic, all flatbreads are excellent, and the taco flight is always a favorite. My favorite, melt in your mouth, dish is the wagyu beef tenderloin. My kids love the poblano queso. They also like to ask the waiter/waitress to surprise them with a fun virgin cocktail, which I also find myself enjoying. :)
