I loved that they didn’t rush us through the meal and courses. Rate to find these days. Spinach artichoke dip was wonderful, good prime rib and loaded baked potato

Not impressed with the food nor service for the price; when making the reservation, was asked if it was a special occasion; there to celebrate a birthday but restaurant does not offer complimentary dessert for special person and was offered a candle instead (go figure); the steak was cooked medium well even though we requested it be prepared medium; the chicken had some pieces of gristle in it; the catfish was good; the crab cakes were small; don't plan on going back for a while

Visit after visit, a consistently delightful experience. Nice vibe, tasty menu with large portions, friendly and helpful service (Michael took great care of us). The rotisserie chicken salad is a perfect meal and make sure to save room for a massive piece of truly delish key lime pie!

Our New Year's Eve dining experience at Copper Canyon Grill was unfortunately disappointing. We've dined here about 10-12 times now and know what to expect for atmosphere, food and service at this point. Usually, everything is impeccable from start to finish. Our server, Lori (older woman, short black hair), was fairly nice overall but she was so pushy with upsell items that it made our experience uncomfortable and we were ready to leave. We understand that a higher check equals higher tips, but we always tip very well for great service. Neither of us drink alcohol and she brought it up several times despite our polite refusals, and she pushed the crab dip and cornbread, and adding shrimp or salmon (she said $14 for either) to the pasta dish. Usually, we end our meal splitting the key lime pie, which is INCREDIBLE, however Lori's pushiness throughout the meal made us want to leave without dessert. She told us we could "just order a dessert and leave" - to order a dessert to increase the check yet free up the table, is what it felt like. We haven't had her as our server previously but will request to avoid her section next time we dine here. We sincerely love this establishment, but New Year's dinner was unfortunately uncomfortable.

Everything was to my liking. But we were seated beside the bar . I would have never preferred to be seated beside the bar. If I return I will definitely make my reservation know that.

Great food and great service with a very nice atmosphere and ambience. Our server, Elle, provided great customer service for our table! My guests and I appreciated the security officer to ensure we all made it to our vehicles safely when leaving the restaurant.

Service for a party of 8 was subpar. Had to make multiple requests for drinks, straws, condiments, etc. In addition, the manager refused to adjust the bill to reflect what was actually ordered even though the waiter made an error. Overall service was severely lacking, and no accommodation was made for the 20% service charge. Food was OK.

My salad wasn’t presented well. The steak was hard nuggets and I asked for medium well. The dressing was incorrect as well. I usually love the salads here.

This was our first visit to Copper Canyon. It was a last minute selection and the experience did not disappoint. The food was great and our server, Mariah, was excellent. We will be back for sure.
