We had reservations for Saturday the 15th, arrived on time and were promptly sat in what I can describe as a event venue area. The ambience was very lackluster for what was supposed to be a special evening for my wife and I (We hardly get out with 2 young kids lol). The server looked as if they had rolled out of bed threw on cloths and came in. The fryers were down which limited fried items (understandable) so no crab Rangoon. We both ordered steak (NY Strip) med rare and medium, both were extremely thin, so I'm not sure how the owner expects their cooks to hit appropriate Temps, cause both of ours were overdone. Overall this was not a good experience, especially for the price which was over $125 for 2 people. But these are all things that can be addressed and fixed. Will try again in the future.

Food, service and ambience was good. Really wanted to get the goat cheese bites and fries, but the fryer was down when we were there.

Terrible service! I would NOT recommend going to this restaurant. We waited for over 1.5hrs and never received our food. Others around us received food even after we were seated and we kept being told it would be right out. We finally had to ask to cancel our order. I will never be back.

Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Pleasant wait staff. Nice ambiance. Never felt rushed.

Food and service were fine, but it was a very cold day and food came on cool plates. Scrambled eggs are much better when they are served warm.

I had the steak and grits - it was very good. My husband had the pork belly tacos - he said they were good but didn't have as much meat as he hoped. We had the goat cheese bites and they were good as well. The only complaint was the Manhattan my husband had - it was awful. Drink prices seemed a little high as well but not way out of the ordinary. We sat in the bar and it was cold - of course it was very cold outside. Just know if you go when it's cold they can't stop the outside air from swooshing through. Service was great.

We had a table in the front corner. Inviting atmosphere. Pleasant wait staff. Delicious and carefully crafted food. Two of us had the chef's special dinner. Fried chicken sandwich and pork chop were the other diners' entrees. We were checked on twice to see if everything was as expected. We didn't feel rushed. I'd rate it as a top dining destination in Tri-State area. We will be back!

Absolutely love the ambiance here at Copper House! Had reservations on a cold and slow Saturday night and was seated right away! Very welcoming and friendly staff. Started the night with the Bacon Jam Dip, highly recommended. The chicken pasta and cream sauce along with the chicken and waffle sandwich were delicious respectively. Will be dinning here again in the future!

First time at Copper House. Went for Sunday brunch. Food was tasty, service friendly, restaurant clean and ambience inviting. Had a points of interest inside the restaurant, like the giraffe which make you smile. Will be back.
