The Teak story began in the 1990s when the iconic restaurant opened in Cincinnati’s historic Mount Adams district. It was among the first authentic Thai restaurants in the Tri-State. Soon Teak became a neighborhood staple, serving delicious Thai cuisine with impeccable service. For 10 years Teak was named Cincinnati’s “Best Asian Cuisine,” “Best Sushi” and “Best Thai” by City Beat Magazine.

Service was INCREDIBLY slow. At one point I did not see a single server in the main dining area. It took over 25 minutes to get a drink. Food is excellent though.

We all ordered Pad Thai, the sauce was burnt and had a horrible after taste. The Dim Sum had a The waitress was extremely inattentive, she only stopped by our table once in an hour and a half.

Teak is a trendy Thai and Sushi restaurant in downtown Loveland. This location adds to the overall ambiance and attractiveness of the restaurant, as there are breweries, ice cream parlors and other places of interest within a short walking distance. The area is an experience. As a standalone restaurant, Teak is good. There are no red flags. There are, however, no stand out aspects either. Compared to other Thai restaurants in the extended area - Silver Spoon in Springboro, Thai 9 in Dayton, the food is average. It isn't bad, but it doesn't stand out. I've been to Teak twice now and that has been a constant. One other item to note that was very disappointing was tied to our appetizer. I ordered the Sushi and Sashimi Dinner as an appetizer for the table. This is a chef's choice plate, where the sushi chef chooses what to give you - one roll, pieces of sashimi and also nigiri. This time, he chose to be as basic as possible, with the roll being a basic..... very basic.... tuna roll. I view this as their opportunity to shine, to be creative and they were not. For $30, it left me quite disappointed. Overall, Teak is solid. You'll have a good meal in a great area. You'll pay slightly more for what you get, but not much. Teak just doesn't shine.

Excellent service and the food delicious. Enough to take home for lunch the next day. I’m sensitive celiac and was able to eat Gf no problems.

Excellent food and service. We had sushi, sashimi and curry and all were delicious. Such a great addition to Loveland.

Teak was absolutely fantastic. I got the Biketrail Roll and it was perfection!!! The right size bite, not too big not too small, savory with the right balance of heat and sweet. My friends had the salmon with veggies and the cashew chicken. They both said their dishes were wonderful. The service was fabulous. We will be back!! Can’t wait to try more specialty rolls! Generous menu!!

Very good food and staff! Food for me came out a little spicier than a 3 it seemed, but it was all still very good!

Went for a late lunch and had the place almost to ourselves. Service was great and the food came out very fast. Everything was delicious. Will definitely be back

My wife and I made reservations here for Valentine’s day. We hadn’t been to Teak since their Mt Adams location closed. We had an absolutely terrific meal! I ordered a Whiskey Smash and my wife had a glass of wine and we started with some appetizers. I had the hot & sour soup, which was awesome. Be forewarned, though, it is hotter than most I’ve had. We really enjoyed our main courses, too, but they were made better with the coconut ginger rice. They have a nice patio and outdoor seating which we look forward to trying when the weather is better.
