This is a must!! Small but quaint with Oliver - knowledgeable and great service! We went for my husband’s 50th and it was great! He got a flight of locally made moonshine and whiskey and loved it! The girls got amazing raspberry drinks! They’ve done it right - barrels, table clothes but unpretentious. Great lighting, dumpling foot truck.

Was there for Jimbeau's Cajun crawfish. Was very good, and the "rum" drink was also good.

Fun little distillery nestled amongst an industrial area. It was quiet and well set up. I enjoy whiskey but the drinks were a little too strong and abstract for my liking. Just a personal preference though. Would still recommend for those who are connoisseurs of distilleries.

Great whiskey, great ambiance, great cocktails, great service. For a small distillery, this is an epic place. Copper Sky Distillery will be a big name in the future.

You go here for the drinks. The atmosphere is great but it is the service and drinks that you are aiming for. Mike knows his whiskey/bourbon and will bend over backward to make sure you have a great time. Oliver is the best mixologist on the planet.
