   Went to this restaurant for New Years Eve party of 6 people. 3 ordered filet mignon, all 3 not cooked to order. 1 went back 3 times , and was not cooked as ordered, 1 sent back and took 30 min to be recooked, so that person ate alone. Berenaise sauce ( extra charge ) came out cold and when asked to have it warmed we were told it can’t be served warm.

   Wife had Sea Bass she enjoyed her meal, I had bone in rib steak, flavour was good steak was very thin and lots of fat, steak so thin you couldn't see how it was cooked, asked for medium rare but was kind of like well as steak was so thin, waitress was ok little slow on drinks but fine, well over priced for steak, Sea Bass good value

   There for New Years Eve and found them very accommodating. We require comfortable straight back chairs not the sloped back chairs they mostly have. Very hard to eat from them. Had a lovely time. Will go again.

   Waiters should not be clearing tables as dinner is being served. Where were the bus boys?

   This was our for at visit to this location. We have visited the Pickering location several times. The food did not disappoint. Excellent meal, actually delicious. Like everywhere else prices keep going up so I don’t see value in the meal. Our waiter was a very nice gentleman. The ambience needs work. It is too institutional feeling. Both restaurants need to dim the lights to create more atmosphere. This location needs music in the background. Lots of tables were filled but you wouldn’t know it by the vibe. Just too quiet. The Pickering location is a much more homely feel. The woodbine location is way too wide open and just does not have a comforting vibe. Also, I was shocked when they informed me that there was a 2percent charge to use visa or Mastercard. Amex had no additional fee. I really was put off by that.

   The food is just not good. It's as if they don't know how to cook and prepare steak. The appetizers are a mess, literally one of the four we ordered was good, one was sufficient, and the other two were enormous wastes of money. Get the tuna dynamite or a cease salad get nothing at all. My steak was outrageously greasy everyone around me in my party of 6 was very disappointed with their flavourless or poorly prepared main that was unnecessarily expensive. We're e talking Dt Toronto fine dining prices for masters steak house quality of cooking. I don't blame the ingredients, it's the way it's poorly presented and prepared. My steak was not seasoned at all and I cannot emphasize how much grease was on the plate for a slice of prime rib. This is my second and last time going here. If you aren't paying with points, do not bother.

   We dined at Copper horn meet house on December 14, 2024 out of convenience as we wanted to check out the casino for the first time. The ambiance comes across as a corporate meeting room. Was just my husband and I and we were seated at a four person table right in front of a large group of men whom every other word in their vocabulary was a curse word. Definitely not a place for a romantic dinner but more for convenience if playing at the casino. Our waiter was such a hard worker so cannot complain about the service. Overall, our meal was good however, small recommendation about the Caesar salad, the lettuce was cut up very tiny as if it was shredded to be placed inside of a taco. It was very difficult to get it on our forks so I would recommend either providing a spoon with the salad or chopping the lettuce a little larger. We were also given the wrong bottle of wine, but was our mistake for not catching that before opening it. It was fine however, as we were not charged for the other bottle we had ordered.

    The food was amazing and Harsh our server was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made our anniversary celebration perfect . The ambience could have been kicked up a knotch but overall was fantastic.
