Le restaurant Copperleaf est un véritable repère du nord-ouest américain où tout le monde se rassemble autour d’un repas préparé à base de produits de saison et inspiré par les recettes du terroir. L’équipe est dévouée et fidèle aux méthodes de l’établissement afin de vous proposer le meilleur à chaque saison. Le chef Mark Bodinet sélectionne personnellement les ingrédients au sein de petites fermes locales, mais aussi auprès de pêcheurs, de propriétaires de ranchs ou d’artisans. Il utilise également les produits de son propre jardin sur place pour la plupart des événements caritatifs qui sont organisés certains après-midis. Avant de passer à table, vous pourrez déguster un cocktail de saison ou un verre de Syrah au bar du restaurant. Le menu du salon y est disponible tous les jours. Our server was charming and the food delicious ! We had a lovely table by the fire and really enjoyed our dining experience.

We have had Black Cod in the past in other establishments. Our favorite fish. We were so happy to try it at Copperleaf, but were very disappointed. Although the fish itself was cooked perfectly, the serving was paltry, had no flavor and was served over a pile of watery lentils. Not even close to worth $45. Service and setting were very good, however.

Food was good…however our server seemed bothered anytime we asked for water, napkins, or even when we ordered food. Rolled his eyes a lot.

Food was delicious, to be fair. But for a SET menu on Valentine’s day, us waiting 30+ minutes between some courses seems unjustifiable. Portion sizes were extremely small, which is common for what you’d call ‘fine dining’ but exacerbates the very long wait between courses. Again, if the menu is set and you can’t change, why would there still be a long wait between courses? Overall, good food but nowhere close to justifying the nearly $500 dollar bill at the end. Definitely will not return. However the staff was incredibly kind and responsive, the only issues lie in the speed of the food and its incredibly bloated price for the product.

Excellent dining experience. Marco was a great server. The pork chop was delicious as was the Waygu burger. I would highly recommend the Copperleaf restaurant.
