   We had a delicious lunch! Loved the burger, beef fat fries, burratta, & tater tots! We both had a lovely decaf cappuccino. Trinity did an amazing job serving us and taking care of us. Thanks for being such a consistently wonderful place to dine!

   I’ve dined and stayed at the Covington Hotel multiple times over the previous 5 years. Unfortunately it appears this sleepy gem has evolved into a loud ‘place to be seen’ establishment. The food quality was good but sitting in the company of a 4 top on the left & a 2 top on the right can been too close for comfort. If you do dine here, ensure you are seated at your own table & not on the outside. Yes, it was Saturday night but the service was slow with food & drinks. Our sever was nice, friendly & did her job. Kitchen wait time is out of her control but overall for a 4-5 star dinning, it wasn’t ideal. I will come back but it will be planned in advance with specific asks.

   Coppin's does a great job. Service from Stephen was friendly, upbeat & professional. I took a what I consider a gamble on the oysters starter and they were sublime. The parmesan potato tots where a nice sized portion - easily shareable and were delicious. Our main courses were excellent and overall a great evening. I would highly recommend you give Coppin's a try.

   We were celebrating my Dad’s 70th and could not have been happier with our experience! The food was AMAZING and they made it so special with a celebration cake and candle! 12/10 would highly recommend!

   We started off with some great fun bourbon cocktails. No pressure during enjoying the cocktails. We had the burrata for an appetizer and it was tasty. My wife and I shared the coffee crusted duck and it was succulent and cooked perfectly. We ordered a very reasonable bottle of Oregon Pinot that was delicous. Several other good selections on the wine list. Ari and the entire staff was very attentive and took great care of us. Can’t wait to come back!

   As always the food and service were outstanding. I like always celebrating special occasions here. Our server Carina was amazing and attentive, she ensured we had drinks, water and she checked we had everything when the food arrived. This restaurant is always a very pleasant experience.

   Gorgeous place and bar area. However food is very expensive (i don't mind if it's super good fyi). I got the sangria and it had spices and a cinnamon stick in it, not good nor traditional sangria....i politely asked our waitress to exchange it and you would have thought i asked her to give me $100. Not the best experience.

   The service, while polite and sincere, was incredibly slow. Arrived for 1:15 reservation, didn’t get out of there until 3:00. Food was ok, but certainly not worth the cost. Will try again, but was disappointed this go around.

    First timer. The ambiance is chill and laid back. The service was exceptional as was the food and the drinks. We’re definitely coming back. They have outside seating, so we’ll see if we can get an outside table when the weather is warmer.
