   Loved the pleasant, ‘resort like’ ambiance. Service was friendly and attentive. We had lunch and the servings were perfect for us! Enjoyed sharing a chocolate brownie dessert with ice cream. Yum!

   One of our favourites. Great venue, great views. Staff always happily obliging. Sweet and sour mackerel brilliant. Prawn salad also. The diner in our group who chose pizza was disappointed. However an eatery we favour over many others.

   The restaurant is very well situated, close to the sea and the hotel swimming pool. For people not staying at the resort and with no transport, it is not so well situated, with a a good 15 minute walk from the centre of town. However, having said that, the walk is very pleasant if you go through the park. The thing we enoyed the most about the Coral Sea Pavillion restaurant, was being able to select dishes which we hadn't tried before. The food was well presented and tasty. A little pricey for the amount of food on the plate, and the choice of dishes on the menu is not huge, compared to the wine list which is excessive. We were happy that we decided to eat here, it made a very pleasant change from the regular 'ho-hum' restaurants in the rest of Airlie Beach.

   Took my sister who had arrived on a cruise ship here as she had never been to the Whitsundays before . She was impressed! Beautiful place with great service ! The food is very good, though limited menu and not overly large for someone who is a big eater. Won’t stop us from returning often as everything else is really good. Do miss the curry fish that was once a lunchtime favourite of mine !

   A big disappointment. We had our wedding diner last year there and it was very good food. We came back to celebrate our 1st year wedding anniversary but the beef filet was so disappointing. Nothing elaborate, just a small piece of grilled meat and a finger of potatoes gratin… that’s it ! No presentation, nor a hint of vegetable, nothing. Won’t come back and definitely not recommend.

   we ordered a bottle of chablis from the menu - and received a bottle of petite-chablis. completely different wine. The waiter defended the selection - "it's just the same wine grown on the different side of the hill". his ignorance made us giggle! definitely expect better from an otherwise good restaurant.
