Warm and intimate neighborhood kitchen and gathering place offering seasonally-driven, globally-inspired flavors by Chef Javier Villatoro. Starting in his home country of Honduras, and spending 15 years as a chef in San Francisco, Coray Kitchen tells the story of how migration shapes who we are, and influences the flavors we find on the plate.

Located in the heart of Delmar, NY, Coray Kitchen delivers an elevated dining experience, fresh oyster bar, craft cocktail program, and down-to-earth atmosphere for the greater Capital Region. Indoor and outdoor dining available.

Specializing in farm-to-table, New American and California Cuisine, with a focus on scratch cooking.

Outdoor seating is seasonally available on our covered patio. Reservations can not be guaranteed if the patio needs to close due to weather related events. We always recommend bringing layers to stay warm on cooler nights.

Start the night with either raw or oven roasted oysters if you'd like to extend to the four-course option. Three Courses: $95 Four Courses (oysters): $120 Take your evening to another level with cocktail or wine pairings designed to perfectly complement and enhance your dining experience. Cocktail or wine pairings are available for an additional $50-$75/ per person.

    What a lovely dinner experience! My mother & I went to celebrate our birthdays. The service was sweet, the food was done perfectly, and the ambiance was really comforting. We will be back again!

    My husband and I had a wonderful experience at CORAY last night! We shared a Burrata salad that was absolutely delicious and we both got the Halibut that was also amazing! The service was friendly and very helpful and we really enjoyed the atmosphere! We will definitely go again to try other dishes on their menu!

    It was our 30th wedding anniversary and the night was just perfect. Lovely service, warm atmosphere and an accommodating wait staff. The food was outstanding and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants great food

    Second visit. Came with friends so we have sampled paella, halibut, truffle fries, protein options, kale Caesar, roasted carrots and créme brulee. Everything top notch! The chef has a marvelously light touch so the quality of the ingredients really shines through. Wait staff courteous, friendly and respectful. Great experience at a reasonable price. Kudos!

    Arrived early for reservations; not a problem. Place has a good vibe. Best pork chop's I’ve ever had. Chicken had great flavor. Wish I had more room for the dessert. Next time I’ll make room lol
