Cork & Flame can trace its history back to 2004 when Roger Strohl opened The Vineyard Wine Market. After a successful 13 years, The Vineyard has joined forces with Chef Justin Hayes and partners to form a unique combination of fine dining, tapas and wine market, offering customers a single culinary experience. In addition to the fine dining, tapas and wine market, the Cork and Flame hosts wine tastings, wine dinners, and private party events.

    Our first time there and we LOVED it! Shout out to Ben for being an incredible server. The somalier was amazing as well. Overall, can't wait till next time we visit!!!

    The dining area is very cold it was a bad idea to install the stoves grills in the dining area because the stoves and the hoods have to have so much make up air. They have to keep it so cold in there to keep the hoods going correctly. We enjoyed the food, but the dining area was just too cold for us to sit there you have a beautiful place, but it would probably be better if it was situated on a piece of property with some beautiful landscape around it that would give it the Aviance. I am a general contractor. I have built many venues and restaurants

    Had reservations at the bar, was seated immediately,no one at the bar greeted us for the first 8min. The bar was completely empty, finally was greeted after a while, ended up leaving after the server was not friendly at all .

    First of all the food was exceptional last night! We started off with the lobster bisque and stuffed dates. We had the filet and bisen. As first time guest I was highly impressed with the experience.

    My first experience at Cork and Flame a couple of years ago was exquisite. Food was top notch, from the creative plates and palate cleansers to the dessert and even the spun sugar presentation accompanying the check. Last time, waiter thought he was all that and a bag of chips, but kept forgetting to check on us and our drinks.. this was in November. This time, for my birthday, Waiter was okay but didn’t even acknowledge my birthday.. even though I had given that info ahead of time and two different hostesses confirmed it was my birthday. The menu is almost the same as 3 months ago… nothing new or exciting.. The palate cleansers are now just a shot of juice, and they took my leftovers to pack them up but never gave them back. .. which was literally half my meal. My dining experience from two years ago compared to now leads me to believe they are becoming complacent with menu or are suffering from lack creativity. Step up your game.

    The food, drinks, and desert were exceptional. Only the expesso came warm instead of hot. It is definitely a place to enjoy a great culinary experience.
