Regan was great taking care of us. Food was hot and prepared correctly. Would suggest noting in menu that the tuna tostados are cold, not warm. They were very good, just did not expect them to have cold tuna. Both floor manager and Regan checked in with us the right amount of times to ensure we had a great experience. Ribs and steak and Tuna steak were all very good!

Wonderful steak cooked exactly how we wanted it. Great sides and cocktails. Our waiter was outstanding and we will definitely be back.

The group that was seated next to us was extremely loud. They were yelling and talking loud. It was about 10 -12 people at the table.

My recent experience was not what I received in past experiences. It took our waiter a little long to come and greet due to a guest that was rude and disrespectful. The guest continuously interrupted the experience of other guests by intervening in the waiters tasks that she had. The waiter did the best she could in her then circumstances. The food could have came out hotter but overall our parties experience was good.

We had a very nice evening celebrating birthdays in the family. Our waitress was very nice and attentive.

We appreciated Preston’s attentive, courteous service and the opportunity to select a more tender/less marbleized rib-eye steak from the menu. We’ll be back.👍🏻

We sat by a very loud table and it was very hard to have conversations. The staff should’ve addressed this. Food was great!

Had expected more and experienced less than average. Went for an anniversary dinner steak meal. Out of about half of their selections including my wife’s favorite. The filet. Opted to share the Fajitas as they are normally enough to feed us both anywhere else but not here. Staff was indifferent. Never came back to ask about meal. Not many people there except a group of eight and they placed them as close as possible to us. Wouldn’t go back even if we lived in area.

My family and I were celebrating my son’s 21st Birthday and he wanted a good Western Burger. We came across Corralito restaurant and decided to try it. This place surpassed our expectations. The food was mouthwatering and my family enjoyed every bite of their meal. Our server Joseph was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. Also, I would like to recognize the manager Denae and her team for singing Happy Birthday to my son. Corralito Staff made this an amazing family experience!
