I enjoyed everything about Tulum. The food was absolutely delicious. The ambience supposed to die for. everything was just excellent ! I will definitely be back

The food was not as flavorful as it used to be prior. It used to be my favorite restaurant and it is just meh now.

The wait staff was fantastic, I gave the lower rating because the front door/host stand staff were underwhelming - unfriendly, not nice, not welcoming. In addition, It’s very cramped and you are sitting on top of people no matter where you sit. This made conversation difficult which ruined the experience. This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this restaurant but the first time was summer and we sat outside and there seemed to be more room.

Great place, great food, and a great vibe. I would definitely go back. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and very good. Some different dishes from other Mexican restaurants.
