Listed as a taste of France in Blackheath, a taste of France it was not. As a visitor to the old Cotes for many years, I was very disappointed by the food, Au Curry and Boeuf Bourguignon made with Powdered mash is not French in any way! The service was good. I will not be re visiting again. Merci.

Really lovely family birthday meal. Even though we ate quite early (6.00) there was still a good atmosphere in the restaurant. Good food and friendly attentive service.

They forgot our mains order it was a hour from our starters until our mains came out. We had to ask where they were and it was still a half an hour wait after we asked
