We had a table for 16:45 , we arrived 20 min late but they was very understanding and friendly , they give us a nice service, we had the set menu 3 course for £23.50 , it was worthy . The food portion was good and very tasty , I had the pumpkin soup and chicken with mushroom sauce for dessert the crepe with banana and ice cream. I can highly recommend. We sign up for the restaurant website before and we get a glass of Prosecco on the house as well . Atmosphere is good and the place is clean .

Good food, reasonably priced, but what really made it was the fantastic, friendly service.

Avoid - there are better options. It took 1 hour to have food delivered. Waiter did his best. Manager couldn't have been less interested if she tried. Probably the poorest service I have experienced for years.

Waiter was quite rude, every time we asked for something, water, some butter, he huffed and came across very frustrated at us. Made us feel quite unwelcome and decided not to stay for desert or another drink. What we did have food and drink wise though was excellent

The meal was enjoyable (Moules Frites Vin Blanc was nicely prepared; kids beef burgers and frites were nice a juicy; Côte de Boeuf was well prepared). We notified that our child has an egg allergy but it was very concerning that 4 different people served us the food. The restaurant clearly does not seem to adhere to a strict allergy policy which is alarming considering this is a chain restaurant. This definitely needs to be addressed!! Also displeased with the fact that the different waiters gave us inconsistent information regarding the children's dessert and we were charged extra for a replacement vegan ice-cream without informing that it will incur an extra charge until we saw the bill.

I booked a table on a Sunday evening as a pre-theatre meal. Our show was at 7pm and I booked our table with ease on OpenTable for 4.45. When we arrived we were asked if a table in the window was acceptable and were shown to our table. All the staff serving were welcoming and friendly and we were immediately asked if we would like any drinks. We ordered cloudy lemonade, which was refreshing and delicious and I asked the waitress if, in her opinion we would have time for 3 courses from the prix fixe menu as we had to return to Covent Garden for a show at 7pm. She said yes, and was so attentive, keeping an eye on us, not rushing, but making sure all our dishes were on time. The food was excellent and an amazing price for 3 courses. My two children also ate really well from the prix fixe menu, which was obviously a limited choice, but a good range. All the dishes were presented beautifully and absolutely delicious. It made for a really lovely, relaxing meal before the hustle and bustle in Covent Garden for our show. Thank you to everyone working that evening (23/02/2024). We will book again!,,
