   I booked a table on a Sunday evening as a pre-theatre meal. Our show was at 7pm and I booked our table with ease on OpenTable for 4.45. When we arrived we were asked if a table in the window was acceptable and were shown to our table. All the staff serving were welcoming and friendly and we were immediately asked if we would like any drinks. We ordered cloudy lemonade, which was refreshing and delicious and I asked the waitress if, in her opinion we would have time for 3 courses from the prix fixe menu as we had to return to Covent Garden for a show at 7pm. She said yes, and was so attentive, keeping an eye on us, not rushing, but making sure all our dishes were on time. The food was excellent and an amazing price for 3 courses. My two children also ate really well from the prix fixe menu, which was obviously a limited choice, but a good range. All the dishes were presented beautifully and absolutely delicious. It made for a really lovely, relaxing meal before the hustle and bustle in Covent Garden for our show. Thank you to everyone working that evening (23/02/2024). We will book again!,,

   I have had better food in other Cote Brasseries. Otherwise usual good menu.

   Booked for pre-theatre meal and we only managed to get two-course as the service was too… slow….. Sat down at 5pm, and left around 7pm, had to ask for bill twice as the first time we waited 15 mins as staff was busy setting up tables or entertaining new guests. He was friendly though, although he probably needed help on the floor!

   Chicken dry, steak wasn’t good, saw a mouse run across downstairs bit of the restaurant at end of the night

   We had an amazing meal at Cote on Wardour Street. The atmosphere was lovely and the setting very cosy. We had the Alpine small plates including fondue and tartiflette which were sooooo good. And the service was impeccable. Overall, a lovely lunch and highly recommended.

   From arrival to leaving we were looked after well. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The food is absolutely delicious and great value for money. We will return for another meal soon.

    I can’t say that our experience was perfect. It was a late booking at 10pm as we wanted to see in the new year over dinner. On arrival our table was not ready and we were asked to come back in half an hour… we were all already very hungry. However, we were ok to do this and went and had a lovely drink at Soho Hotel. The team went out of there way to make up for it. Free bottle of fizz was appreciated. We all enjoyed our night but personally I would not book again for a New Year meal. It felt all very hectic and the food was not up to Cotes usual standard. I was particularly bemused by the sharing first course of olives and crudités (for 7 people to share!) But we had fun so all is well that ends well.
