   I’ve had many very good experiences at Côte, it’s a reliable stand by. On this occasion the pre-theatre post Christmas rush was fraying things. The staff were hassled and the food was not well cooked or presented. The wine was however excellent & nothing about the experience will deter me from returning

   We dined on Christmas Eve as a party of 4. The food was delightful and the service was fantastic. We enjoyed our experience. They are also great about food allergies and brought out an iPad so we could ensure the food my son wanted was free from peanuts. Really nice touch.

   It was my first time at Côte and certainly my last. I remember there always being a queue outside the Marylebone branch and figured it must be good food, so I treated myself for Christmas. The three course menu was passable although let down by the main, quite flavourless. The service was ok but slow and inattentive considering the few guests present and such a large team. I was given a dirty spoon for my soup and overall the place just lacked cleanliness and attention to detail… I was surrounded by an army of little flies where I was sat (on my plate, on the garland next to my head). The restaurant overall seemed quite ‘tired’ and in need of a refurb. Overall I’d say it was an ok experience but not what I’d hoped for as a Christmas Eve experience.

   The speed of food being serve was a bit slow but the restaurant was quite full so probably they had done their best. Nothing else to complain for the rest!

   TGI Fridays meets Applebees… service was fine … pretty bad calamari seemed like it came from grocery frozen food section… really everything was mediocre at best.
