Sunday lunch . Sharing 16oz steak ended up as 2 individual steaks , ran out of Yorkshire puddings , veg and gravy luke warm at best . Absolutely awful - wouldn't return

Food was terrible and overpriced. Staff had no idea what they were doing, just walking around in circles with our food on a tray having no idea where to deliver it to. This happened with everybody’s food, not just our table. Wrong food turned up, we specifically asked for the pigs in blankets without hot honey as my grandma is diabetic but it came with. It looked awful anyway and was more like cranberry sauce than a hot honey. The ‘French hot chocolate’ was disgusting and just tasted like cheap powder mixed with water, for £4+ that’s simply not good enough. Overall really disappointed and wouldn’t return.

good to have place to serve nice dinner on boxing day and not too expensive

Overall a really good experience, what lost marks was the sneaky attempt to add a 10% service charge and also the food came out late even though I did ask for all food to come out all together when I made the booking. Other than that the restaurant itself was great and the food was very very good will defo come again it may have been down to the fact there was 18 of us so will defo give them benefit of the doubt.

Pleasant ambience. Attentive and friendly service. Clear well-organised menu of mostly french dishes. Excellent allergy advice if needed. Food well-presented and tasted good, though not exceptional. Cheese options outstanding. Maybe I'd give 4 1/2 stars if I could.

Absolutely delicious meal, very friendly reception and service. No hesitation in recommending this lovely little French restaurant where we spent a wonderful evening. We are from France (heart of Mussel territory in Brittany…but the mussels here are amongst the best we’ve tasted!
