   The food was great and it was fairly priced but the service was not great. Our waitress chatted up her friends that were in the restaurant instead of helping us and I watched her chat behind the bar doing nothing while the kitchen staff was trying to motion to her to run hot food to tables. The only other waiter had to get our bill because the waitress disappeared. I felt really bad because he was clearly frustrated and couldn’t do both jobs on his own. Great food but hopefully they will improve their service.

   Some of the best pasta I've had homemade and delicious. Ceasar salad too. Loved it

   My girlfriend and I live in Belltown and decided last night that Cotto’s will be our new hang out place. The staff was attentive and friendly and the food and wine was delicious. They lowered the lights in our section at our request which was wonderful. It’s a cozy place on a fall evening

   Amazing food! Great atmosphere! The owner even came over and greeted us to see if we were having a great time. We’re definitely coming back.

   Food was tasty! We wished for a better atmosphere, the prices are as high as the fancier Italian restaurants in Seattle but they have the atmosphere of an upscale bar. Go elsewhere for a romantic Italian dinner.

    Great find for last minute business dinner. Food was good for the price, the overall aesthetic could have been more refined. Service was great, and just interactive enough.
