   Le dîner pour mon anniversaire ne me laisse pas un bon souvenir de l’endroit! La serveuse était froide pas de sourire ! À peine elle nous servait les plats! Elle nous a viré avant que l’on puisse terminer rapidement notre seconde bouteille de vin car dans 15 minutes cela faisait 2 heures. Et les autres personnes étaient là ce qui n’est pas mon problème vu que j’ai réservé la table pour 2 heures! Heureusement le serveur que l’on a eu pour mon dessert était très gentil et nous a sauvé les 15 dernières minutes de ma soirée! La nourriture était bonne dommage que le reste était loin d’être à la hauteur! Première et dernière fois! Nous ne viendrons plus jamais! Je ne recommande vraiment pas pour célébrer en famille

   My recent experience at CouCou in Palm Dubai left much to be desired. Initially, when I booked our reservation, there was no mention of any minimum charge, either on their website or in the booking confirmation. Then, just an hour before our reservation, I received a WhatsApp message informing me of a 1000 AED minimum spend. This last-minute notice felt like a “take it or leave it” approach, and with such short notice, we reluctantly agreed. Upon arrival, things escalated. We were informed by the staff that the minimum charge was actually 1000 AED per person and was “non-negotiable.” The waiters were unyielding and pushed this hard, making it clear they wouldn’t honor our reservation unless we agreed. The pressure they applied made us feel uncomfortable and undervalued as guests. After expressing our frustration and mentioning that we’d be leaving a review about our experience, they removed the minimum charge. We ultimately only paid for what we consumed, but the whole process felt unnecessarily stressful and manipulative. While the ambiance is certainly appealing, this kind of approach undermines the experience. I’d recommend potential visitors confirm all policies in advance to avoid similar issues. It’s unfortunate, as transparency from the start would have made all the difference.

   Dessert platter was amazing and was made at the table for my birthday. The food menu itself lacked in presentation and flavor, but the live singer and service throughout dinner made up for it. The views are amazing and the singer topped it all off.

   One of the best experiences i’ve ever had in Dubai and i’ve had many , the staff is amazing and the vibes is great. Looking forward to give it another try soon.
