For a first time experience, it wasn’t to my liking. When we sat down, it took 15 minutes before a waiter even approached us. The choice in the menu was not extraordinary. We chose Mahi Mahi tacos and filet mignon. They were good but not impressive. When we were done eating, the waiter came by to ask us about dessert which we decided not to take anything. Right then he closed our bill with all our plates still on the table. When drove back home, my stomach felt weird and I usually don’t have a sensitive one. I also smelled like I came out of an hibachi restaurant. Will not go back for sure.

I appreciate the women's basketball game being on. The filet mignon was perfect, but that butter on top, I'll need to make sure not to ask for that. The mac n cheese was so creamy u had to ask for a spoon. Enjoyed it. Also, the best French 75 I've had in a long time

I ordered a cheeseburger. It came out with no cheese, a burnt patty, and a burnt bun. When I sent it back, they returned the same burnt burger with a slice of cheese slapped on it. All I could taste was charred meat, not to mention it was the driest hockey puck of a burger I have ever tasted.

Came here for brunch and to watch the CFP selection show on ESPN. So many things went wrong. Cover 3 used to be a great place for good food and to watch sports, but no more. First off I just gotta say that 11 AM is a terrible time to open for Sunday brunch. And if you’re going to go ahead and open late like that, you need to be on the ball right away. There was a long line to get people seated, they clearly just were not ready. Once we were seated, we had to ask someone for brunch menus as we were given regular menus. We asked to be seated where they would be showing the CFP selection show on ESPN and they told us it was on the TV that was showing an infomercial. It took forever for us to be waited on and longer than that before they finally changed the channel to ESPN with the show already in progress. Of course this isn’t a football game so a lot of the action is actually in the dialogue. Plenty of places turn on close captioning so you can read the dialogue but not Cover 3. So we asked someone to do that but it never happened. About an hour into the show someone came by and said they couldn’t turn on the captioning, but they would be turning up the volume in the restaurant to ESPN. That never happened either. Really disappointed because we missed all the excitement of the Longhorns getting selected for their first CFP spot . On top of all that our food was served cold. Wish we had just gone to our favorite taco joint for breakfast tacos instead. 11 AM on a Sunday and the place was literally more than half empty. I understand why.

Not a fan of how they took our party and split it in half where nobody could talk. Also took 30 minutes for anyone to ask us what we want to drink. Frustrating trip

We were hoping our last bad experience at Cover 3 was a fluke so we decided to try again. Sadly, another favorite has gone downhill. We were seated for a full thirty minutes before we were served our drinks, not even water, even though we ordered right when we sat down. We also put in an appetizer with the drinks, which took 35 minutes and we had to send it back as it had obviously been sitting and was cold. Overall service was slow even though the restaurant was half empty, and none of the food came out hot. Very disappointing for the price. We won’t be going back.
