The worst meal I have ever had in Cancun. The “traditional” Caesar Salad was nothing more than some salad leaves drenched in an awful sauce. The fried Calamari was rubbery and tasteless and the mixed Cerviche was just awful. We called it quits after this and went next door to Fred’s and had a fantastic meal. I would not only never patronize this establishment again but would warn others to stay away. That’s how bad this dinner was. Sorry to be so blunt but it was this bad.

We went on New Year’s Eve and we received our drinks and foods relatively quickly. But then waited over 25 minutes for anyone to come up to our table and was without water/refill on our drinks/to check on quality of food/if we needed anything else. It then took another 20 minutes when asked for the check. The food was good.

The food was delicious! It is a little pricey but our filet, lobster, baked potato and chocolate cake were well worth it!

Reservation was made for outdoor seating which we were informed none was available when we arrived. Had to ask for bread usually brought with your first drink order. We had the seafood extravaganza for two people and the entree was 300.00 US currency. When the waiter was clearing the table he carried the platter with butter over our heads and spilled it on our heads plus down the front of our shirts. Never going back! No compensation to speak of while the floor received more attention than we did.

I do not recommend eating here, ever. Crab House is extremely over priced and the food is not even that good - ours came out nearly cold. Would recommend Taboo any day over this: Better value and WAY better food.
