   We had the sharing platter which was delicious. Friendly staff too. It was quite quiet in there but we really like the music that was playing and we would definitely go back

   The restaurant was so cold and not one radiator was on. We sat in our coats. It took over 45minutes for our food. Me and my son had the beef brisket we got 6 cubes of meat and over half of these was just fat no meat. My other son asked for a side of seasonal slaw which came after he finished his dinner! All the dishes that came with fries the portions were 1/2 full! Very disappointing as our 1st visit was much better with proper portions. Very expensive for the portion sizes

   Excellent meal thank you! Great service and the food was delicious - freshly prepared and well served. We ate from the fixed price menu which was amazing value. We will definitely be back again soon!

   Craft & Cleaver is now our new favourite place to eat! The staff were very attentive and managed to get us in an hour before our booking (it was pouring with rain and we were done shopping). The food is DELECTABLE. We both went for the combos and had pulled pork and burnt ends, as well as starters. We were FULL! Excellent drink choices too. Amazing value for money. We'll be back!

   The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. I had booked over a week in advance for my brother's birthday and noted the occasion in the booking. Despite this, we were seated at a cramped four-person booth with an extra chair added for our fifth guest, right by the door, which meant we were frequently hit by cold drafts as people came and went. To make matters worse, as soon as we finished our main courses, the bill was brought out without us asking for it. Our plates hadn't been cleared, and even when the server dropped off the bill, they didn’t clear the table. This felt especially odd because we had brought a cake earlier in the day, so getting the bill before the cake was disappointing. Overall, it felt like we were treated as an afterthought, which was a real shame for what was supposed to be a special occasion. I had expected better, especially since I had booked ahead and mentioned the celebration.

   If you like bbq then this is a good place. The meat was cooked well, fries were crisp, the coleslaw was ok. Overall decent food, but nothing amazing. Good beers on offer.

    I can not recommend the craft and cleaver highly enough. We came here for a birthday/ anniversary meal. Firstly, the host was super friendly and followed my special requests to a T. As soon as we arrived, he was already making the drinks I prearranged for the Mrs and myself. All the serving staff were super friendly and superb at their job. The food was to die for. We had the pitmaster platter to share. All the meat was so tender and flavourful, the ribs just fell apart, If you like BBQ, then this is the one for you. Then there's the desserts. The lemon drizzle corn bread was soo good and was a wonderful take on a lemon sponge cake, The bananas fosters was lovely with nutty caramel notes and pairs beautifully with a double discarded banana rum on the rocks. We finished off with an "odd" recommendation of the peanut butter tequila shot, but I am glad we did because it was a beautifully balanced flavour shot. Thank you all for making our time there so very memorable, and you can bet that we will be back for seconds.
