   Very disorganized. Food was cold. Server was very kind and nice, but they need more of them. Manager was nice enough to take the charge off for the burger

   I recently visited this restaurant for lunch with a friend after hearing great things about it. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the hype. Despite making a reservation, we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Once seated, we noticed there was only one server handling all the tables, which immediately set the tone for slow and inattentive service. We started by ordering passion fruit iced tea, only to be told a few minutes later that they were out of all iced tea. Disappointed but still hopeful, we placed our meal orders: the tri-tip and sausage plate for both of us. However, the waitress returned shortly after to inform us that they were out of sausage as well. When I asked why the restaurant was running out of basic items so early in the day (it was only 1 PM), the waitress curtly responded that she couldn’t comment, as she was “just the waitress.” Her attitude came across as dry, untrained, and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. At that point, we considered leaving but decided to give the restaurant another chance by ordering something else. When our food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best and far from impressive. I had high hopes for this place, given its chef-driven menu and glowing reviews, but the experience fell flat. The subpar service and underwhelming food made it hard to see what all the excitement was about. I hope they address these issues because the potential is there, but I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

   It’s clear that the restaurant is short staffed in the front and back of the house which isn’t a problem if business is slow but the restaurants success means that it is rarely slow.

   Food was delicious and a great value. I felt bad for the staff, as it seemed they needed a lot more help. Those there were doing the best they could. Will definitely be back.

   Our food was delicious! The tables around us needed to be bussed. Many dirty dishes left for up to 20 minutes after customers left. Our waitress was attentive but needed to ask for refill. Overall we will probably return.

   The food was good. The server that we had tried his best to do his job. The problem we saw was a lack of staff. Worst of all was they ran out of food (potatoes). Who runs out of potatoes in a BBQ place? Also many of the items on the menu were not available. Very poor management. Not sure I’d return or recommend to anyone I like.

   This place is good for group of friends who wanted to have a drink and party. However if there are kids isn’t so ideal because it’s an open sitting if there’s cozy corner for family gatherings it would have been perfect . The ambiance is good. The food is good. The kids menu is little bit pricey.
