The location, atmosphere, service and convenience of Craft F&B are all fantastic. I've been going since it opened and have become so disappointed by the decline of the food. Burgers are always overcooked, so no point in stating how you would like it. Waffle fries seem to be cooked and then refried as ordered to come out hot, but then they're tasteless and hard. The pizza's, however, are still pretty good.

The burgers were fantastic. Exceded my expectations. The waiter brought me the Sprite in the tray together with a huge tub of Clorox wipes to clean another table. Not correct for a five stars hotel..

The service here was extremely slow here - it took 30 minutes from the time we sat down until we were able to get our drinks, despite there only being 5 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Later, the waiter knocked over one of the drinks on the table and spilled it over two of the people in our party. There was no compensation offered - no free drink(s) or even a dessert as a result of the extremely slow service and the drink spilled on us. It is confusing how this level of service can exist in a restaurant in a supposed 5 star hotel.

Very limited menu but all food was very good. Parking is a serious challenge unless you valet.

Good variety of food and drink options. Service was great, our server checked in with us offend and had good suggestions.

Celebrated a birthday, food was really good. We had burgers, pizza and salads. Will be back!

Very slow and very poor service Never got our second drink Got ketchup at end of meal Lots of confusion on how to use the Landry card. Please train your staff better

Unfortunately there was only one server for the entire restaurant that day. The manager popped in and out and never offered assistance. Our food took a while to come out and when it did come out, it was not accurate. It took an hour for me to finally get the correct food and it was only wings. My server Tony was great, unfortunately he did not have any help.
