   This was a very disappointing dinner. I definitely don’t mind spending money to get something good. All of the food was cold. Even the carving station meat was at room temperature. They put out a lot of food out and there was very small amount of people so it was just sitting there with the little sterno or lightbulb. Came to crafted expecting to find a pasta dish. No pasta to be found in the house. The desserts were all pre-bought and old.

   The food was very good. I ordered the salmon, and it came without the incredible amount of sauce that sometimes fish is "drowned" in. Sometimes my server seemed a little confused, but being Christmas Eve he was probably new.

   Service was extremely slow, forgot to put in one of our party’s meal. We had to go to the bar to get water after waiting 30 minutes.

   Very busy night, we were sat as soon as they got a table clear. Service was as expected for such a busy night. It’s our tradition to have a “fancy” dinner for Christmas Eve with my kids and I. They didn’t disappoint! Food was served in a timely manner and was delicious. We will be returning.

   First off, We’ve enjoyed eating at the restaurant many times since we discovered it this fall. I’ve left glowing reviews on Yelp and Open Table. Last night, not so much. I did make a reservation that noted we were there for trivia night. We had made a reservation for trivia night once before which turned out to be a good idea the last time we went. We were sent me both a text message and and an email to confirm. This time we brought a neighbor to introduce the restaurant to her. When we arrived we were told trivia night was seat yourself. We only got a table because my neighbor noticed an acquaintance finishing up and asked them if we could have the table. Then we sat there for nearly a half hour before I had to bus the table myself and go to the other bar for drinks because the bar in the trivia area was under staffed and no cocktail waitresses on duty. The drink I received was okay but when I ordered it the bartender argued with me that it wasn’t on the usual menu and I had to show her that it was. The drink seemed right but was missing the garnish. So there was no food service so everyone was ordering food from the other bar. This was complicated by the fact that the food and drink menu was different in each room. We left trivia night half way through the game because we wanted to eat. We wanted to show off the restaurant to our neighbor and asked to sit by the window. Several tables were open by the window. We were told window tables required reservations. Really? The tables sat empty for the rest of the night. The food was great as always but the experience was no where close to the level of quality we experienced on other visits. I’m leaning on downgrading my opinion of this restaurant from my new favorite restaurant to inconsistent.

   Nicki our server was very pleasant and attentive. The decor is beautiful and the food was outstanding. Great place for a special occasion dinner

   I live this place It's tough to accommodate kids - still think they have an opportunity to have the side bar be the pizza place or something more casual It was very loud with the music I still had a great time

   The crafted Italiana has an excellent fish fry. The drinks at the bar were well made. I had an espresso martini that was excellent then we went to the Christmas pop-up bar in the drinks. There were amazing and so was the decor and service highly recommend five stars.

    Enjoyed the ambience of the Igloos Experience. Food was good, but very overpriced for the portions. Our waitress was wonderful! Charcuterie for 4 was $16 a person, enough for 2. Ordered drinks in a "snow globe", however since they were out of the globes we were just served a gin and tonic (forgot the pomegranate) in a regular glass for $14, drinks were not made according to the menu. We were told by our waitress we could get a snow globe drink at the Santa Bar. After Igloo, we hit the bar. Bartender reminded everyone they close at 9 pm as soon as they ordered a drink it was 8 pm. Not very friendly did not know anything about the drink menu and still no snow globe. She didn't know what Scotch was either. The place was quiet, but the people there were spending money, so why push people out. Overall the snow globe Experience was good, very nicely decorated outside on the patio .
