   Had a great experience at this pub. We all enjoyed our food and drinks, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be visiting here again soon.

   Wouldn't recommend visiting on a Sunday, or ordering a roast dinner. I had the beef which was very fatty, way way overcooked and chewy. My friend had the lamb which was also overcooked and tasted very bland. The service was very good despite how busy the pub was, but unfortunately the food and atmosphere was poor. We were sat in the upstairs room and were put up there with 1 other big table who were super loud and had kids running around screaming and playing football in the restaurant.

   Always a great experience in this pub - all staff are super friendly and the food is consistently good. They're really dog friendly too!

   We had the best evening at the cricketers. The quality of the food was outstanding. And the service we received made our evening even better,m. Angus looked after us and made our evening perfect. Thank you all. We will be back.

   Lovely food, good service. Our trains were cancelled so we were late and they changed the booking on the phone no problem. Nice pub with great food.

    We only met here for drinks really - it’s a lovely pub and very well situated. But at some point the munchies arrived and so we shared a few starters and they were great. The baked Brie with bread and the chicken wings were particular highlights.
