Chef Luis Arellano is a cook with a spirit that is both attached to his roots and creative and evolutionary.

While all dishes were pleasing visually, I felt that there were just so many and perhaps too many flavors on one plate ? After a bite or two , it was just too many flavors and made me want something more simple somewhere during the dinner ! Must every dish be a showcase for how many ingredients one can put in a dish ? The desserts were repetitous - the gelled raspberry jam in both was off putting , let alone the room temp soupy one .. I was so excited to eat here but left me less so . It seems to be the new thought that every dish is a featured dish but with so many flavors it left me wanting for food that celebrated the the main ingredient instead of covering it up with too many ingredients that stole the show ! Such as the beef was beyond beautiful but was covered up in a myriad ways as if one were hiding an ill prepared meat ! Showboating it seems to me !

Interesting, creative, delicious dishes, well balanced in size and variety. Very much enjoyed the experience, though a bit chilly given the cool evening. Highly recommend.

The food was amazing. If you want to experience an incredible culinary taste of Mexico, this is the place. We walked through a crazy festival market to arrive at this tranquil restaurant. We took our older children who loved the food too. One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Will be back.

Food was good. Pricy for Oaxaca . Tasting menu only. We didn’t know before we came so we was prepared an empty stomach. Dishes that stood out for me was the fish and chicken. Very well seasoned. Pairing drinks were overall : good.

This location is beautiful the service is amazing but the prices are outrage’s for what you get. They have a set menu of 6 small dishes for about $75-$80 no drink included and then the dishes are extremely small and they weren’t that good if I’m being honest. The main dish was a chicken leg which is insane for what you’re paying. You’re really just paying to sit in a nice place with a nice vibe with very basic over priced food. I wouldn’t come back.
