Chef Luis Arellano is a cook with a spirit that is both attached to his roots and creative and evolutionary.

The ambience alone is incredible. The presentation of each dish was impeccable. The service was wonderful. Some of the flavors felt too earthy but we still appreciated their creativity and combination. Everything was beautifully fresh.

Criollo is one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve eaten at. Almost the entire restaurant was outdoors, and the weather was perfect last night. The tasting menu was thoughtfully paired with various cocktails/spirits, beer and wine. I give this restaurant a 5 out of 5.

We had an amazing evening! The space is beautiful. The food was next level. And the service was lovely. Our group did the tasting menu with pairings and it was so fun. The servers did a phenomenal job at walking through each dish and pairing. All around excellent experience and would highly recommend to all
