The Crow’s Nest Restaurant, Tavern and Marina has been serving the Venice, FL community since 1976. With the freshest seafood and most flavorful dishes, the Crow’s Nest strives to prides itself on providing 5-star experiences for their guests each and every time they visit.

The upstairs dining room provides a fine dining experience with a fantastic view of the water for lunch or dinner. The wood-paneled and cozy tavern downstairs serves for a more casual experience and is open all day.

You can also enjoy their full-service marina, offering overnight dockage, gas and diesel pumps, and all the supplies you need for a day or week on the water. You can also rent their paddleboat, one or two person kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles and more!

We went upstairs for dinner. We went on a Monday when they offer the prime rib special. Some at our table had the prime rib and said it was delicious. My husband had the ribeye and thought it was great! My family has gone there since the 1980s and we have never had a bad meal!

Four of us enjoyed dinner at a window table last night. After being seated, we were immediately greeted a young server filling our water glasses followed by another young server bringing bread, crackers, butter, humas and oil. Dario was our waiter and was fabulous - always attentive, but not intrusive. Two of us had fried Haddock, one had Meatloaf, and one had Tuna Steak from the 5 Before 5:00 menu. All the meals were very good, and the service was impeccable. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back again.

Our waiter was attentive and the food was delicious. We always enjoy the mix of crackers/bread with butter/hummus and olive oil to start. We added the shrimp cocktail which were a good size of 5 shrimp for 2 of us to share. We enjoyed the fried shrimp perfectly coated and the Prime Rib was tenderly cooked to perfection. The side of Cole slaw, baked potato and asparagus was paired wonderfully. The 4 roses small batch select bourbon was really good and the white chocolate martini was a good mix of vodka and liqueur, with chocolate rim and the added touch of a Hershey kiss on the bottom.

My girlfriend and I gave Crows Nest a 2nd visit, we were very impressed by the service provided by Will our server, he was very good. The starters and the main meal were very delicious! We were seated outside enjoying our meal, drinking our wine and the ambiance of it all. Thank You Crows Nest Management and Staff for a very nice evening. I recommend people try the Crows Nest for Lunch or Dinner you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful meal here. The grouper sandwich was perfectly prepared and delicious. This is a great neighborhood gem!

The crab legs were the best I’ve had in years. They were huge and so sweet.
