   The food was amazing and delicious however, the format in which I guess is treated from the beginning when you open the door is not what you expect. The front desk bottom women in the first restaurant are extremely rude. They brought us upstairs and mixed up our names and reservation. it was just not a comfortable situation. Then we got seated at a table away from the window when they were clearly four other available tables that we could upset at. Lastly, my appetizer got lost and we were delayed in getting our food. No apology was ever given for the delay in my appetizer; oysters, Rockefeller.

   We had a great anniversary dinner. Couldn’t get better views! My tuna was great, husbands ribeye was ok, not medium rare as ordered,

   This was our first time to The Crow's Nest. We loved the ambiance and the view was spectacular. Our server, Amanda, was very attentive. Will definitely return.

   Eric did a great job Website says they have a reserve wine list but they don’t. To have the atmosphere you are portraying with a very mediocre wine list doesn’t cut it. Up your game here. Food was good, not great. Lobster tail was way too salty; blue cheese with chips was more cream cheese than horseradish or blue; crab and shrimp dish was fine, nothing special for $24.

   Beautiful spot, can’t beat the sunset view. Service (Amanda and Sean at the bar) was very good. Had the escargot appetizer, which was different than most presentations, but was delicious. Entrees were average, especially for the price.

   Having eaten at Tweenwaters several times I was very disappointed in Crows Nest. I took friends from out of town for a birthday dinner and noted that for Restaraunt. There was never mention of the birthday or any special occasion. Service was very slow and waited over 40 minutes from time of order until receiving meal. Twenty minutes between drink order and receiving drinks. This first time I’ve not been able to give them a 5 star rating. I was even too generous with a 3 star rating. Hope they improve. By the way I made my reservation a month ago.

    Went for a Valentine's dinner with the wife. She had a filet ( 6 once ) and ordered a special tommyhawk ( western ) steak. (30 once ). Now, all this is said and done. I have never ordered but wanted to, a stake of this magnitude. The wife was presented with a rose upon seating, which was a nice touch. The waiter was great and very helpful. I love mushrooms with my steak, and the waiter asked the cook if this could be accomplished. All my wishes and the wife's wishes were met and I must say a very surprising enjoyment. The mushrooms were some of the best I have ever had for the spur of the moment, the stakes were done absolutely perfect, the service was spot on, the staff went out of there way to make the evening a special night. The stakes melted in your mouth, and the rest of the meal was spot on. Whoever the cook was, my thanks for a perfect meal. Thank you for the mushrooms, they were phenomenal. We will definitely be returning.
