Great find. The food was excellent! The place did seem a little short staffed and service was slow. The owners did come in about half way during the dining experience and things seemed to pick up. The owner came by to greet us and was very friendly. They own another location in DC and I plan to visit the next time I am there.

We had a fabulous meal. Try this place you will not be disappointed. Located on a main thoroughfare with easy access and parking. Cubanos is is a little gem of a place. Server efficient and friendly. Our meals…. Delish. I Had the Cubanos favorite:green plantain crusted snapper with lobster sauce and shrimp, simply divine. My husband had the Skirt Steak which he said was also very good.

The friendly bartender Nate seated us. The waiter, Fernando, very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. My Mojito was a little too strong and Fernando suggested a rum and coke. Fresh crispy calamari to start followed by Delicious snapper with lobster sauce and shrimp. Perfect side of pork and tasty rice and beans.

The food was excellent! From the plantain chips, to the great tres leche cake. Everything was delicious. I loved the empanadas! Great restaurant and I would recommended it to everyone that visits Ft Lauderdale
