   Wait staff was a bit overwhelmed and food took a little longer than usual. The appetizer came out with our entrees.

   We ate outside and there was another party who were waiting for take out food. They were extremely loud and obnoxious. No one from management asked them to quiet down. We sat there for 45 minutes trying to talk amongst ourselves all the while this group of people were having the time of their lives and could not care less about anyone else

   The food at Cucina Moderna is always very good, as are their service and ambiance. It has become our favorite Italian restaurant in South Florida.

   Although service got off to slow start, management and staff owned up to it and made up for the delay. That speaks volume especially in today’s environment. Our server didn’t miss a beat and even the bartender came over to check on us. I could tell the manager was concerned. It showed they cared and took pride in their customer service. Food was excellent. Drinks were very good. Only real negative comment is acoustics. It is relatively loud in there. However, I would go again and recommend to anyone. Great neighborhood location.

   Food was excellent as was the ambiance. Our waiter was average, hardly checked up on us for water or additional drinks. Previous visits have been much better service-wise with other waiters. Overall a great Italian restaurant with reasonable prices.

   I liked the decor. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Great service from Stefanni and tasty food. Nice size portions.
