   The staff all went out of their way to make our Valentine dinner special. While arriving very early for our reservation they still made sure we were seated promptly. Our server Liam was terrific. He was charming, funny and knowledgeable on all aspects of of the specials and standard menu and made suggestions which were wonderful. The food was top notch. A great place for anyone to visit and enjoy their service, food and ambience.

   Have dined here 3 years in a row and feel disappointed that the restaurant seems to have gone down since first time. Service is fine - no issues. The food is average.. We had the calamari and whipped ricotta appetizers which were presented impressively. However, the calamari both looks and tastes like fish sticks. Have never seen calamari that literally is in a fish stick shape and the breading completely overtook the flavor. The whipped ricotta by comparison was fabulous. My husband said the meatballs were very good. I had shrimp marinara - the shrimp were done perfectly and - well - Amelia Island is known for their shrimp, so was as expected! Another person in our party had the Fra Diavalo and said it was very spicy but good. Overall the entrees were fine but nothing memorable. We likely will not return on our annual stay here on Amelia Island.

   Last minute change from 4 to 6 people but Liam, our server, was absolutely wonderful! Food delicious, love that Tuscan sauce ravioli! Everyone loved their meals, Alfredo, snapper and bolognaise. See you again soon.

   Enjoyed our evening at Cucina South. Walker the sever was excellent. The wine list was very good and the meal of veal Parm was terrific ! We hadn’t been in a couple of years and our dining experiences then were not very good. Great to see they are putting out good dishes and service.again !

   The food was top notch. The bruschetta with chopped tomatoes was magical! Our server,Liam, was attentive but not hovering. All in all, great food for a reasonable price-we have lots of leftovers!

    This was just a fabulous dinner from start to finish! It was restaurant week which we had forgotten about when we made our reservation. Upon arrival, there were quite a few people and groups waiting for tables. Since we had a reservation and had arrived at the proper time, we were immediately seated in a cozy spot for 2 upstairs by a window. I had never been seated upstairs but we loved being seated there. The noise level was still up but quite tolerable still. We were waited on promptly and had 2 terrific meals. I ordered a restaurant week special (ANY salad, ANY entree, and ANY dessert) for $45. I was so impressed that they did not pare down the menu for this. My husband (not a dessert eater) ordered a regular entree. Both of our portions were VERY generous. Another think I noted since it was restaurant week. We had to wait between our salads and entrees being brought to us but that was because 2 larger groups near us had just ordered prior to our orders being put in. The waitstaff made sure we were ok and attended to and kept us updated on our orders. We will be back to eat there again SOON. It was a great experience! Diane H.-Fernandina
