Welcome to Cucina,

Nestled at the base of Vail Mountain, in the heart of the renowned Vail Village, Cucina combines a perfect location for all your dining needs. Steps away from Gondola One, Cucina's menu has everything that you could want from our breakfast buffet to our mountain comfort Après.

Relax in our casual and friendly atmosphere before heading to the mountain or just come by and enjoy breakfast with the family. In addition to our wonderful breakfast, our Après and dinner service is 3:00pm to 9:00pm for food with drinks available until at least 9:30pm. New this season is our Après Happy Hour daily 3-4pm including $5 Drafts, Wine Specials and ½ off Appetizers! Come by for a drink and stay to experience our new dinner menu. Live local music every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. We'll see you soon!

Food was wonderful but the service was terrible. Served was carrying with another server loudly and also did not check on our table. We asked for the check and she never came back until we asked another server for our check.

This is a wonderful choice! The breakfast buffet is upscale and classy. The americanos and espresso we had was phenomenal! The staff was so friendly and we will always stop when we come back to Vail!

$38.00 is very expensive for a limited product. Staying in the Lodge it would have been great if I could have had just cereal or just toast for $15 . I end up spending $38 for 1/2 a bowel of granola. The barista coffee was great but maybe one cup should have been included.

Cucina is a nice place for Apres. Live music is excellent. Menu is pretty limited and food is fine but not really great for the price for dinner. Go for an appetizer and drink and enjoy the music.

Menu severely cut back from earlier, don’t see how they are going to survive. Limited options, food mediocre at best, completely empty for a reason. So sad because the interior is lovely and the location perfect.

We went for breakfast buffet after very early Easter sunrise service. We were hoping for more of an Easter brunch style buffet, as in years past. No omelet station on Easter morning, and buffet seemed to be the just the spread they lay out for hotel guests daily. Food good, service very attentive and nice.

Food was incredibly disappointing. The menu is limited so you'd expect the plates to be very reliable. Grilled salmon was cold, salad came without dressing. The restaurant was empty and still the service was slow and confusing. There are many better places in Vail Village.
