Michel Troisgros is the only restaurant outside France run by Chef Michel Troigros, an innovative yet orthodox French chef, the third generation owner of Maison Troigros, a legendary restaurant in Roanne which has maintained three Michelin stars for more than 45 years. This Tokyo restaurant has maintained two Michelin stars since the first (2008) Michelin GuideTokyo (published in November 2007 by Michelin Tyre Publishing Japan Co., Ltd). Most recently, the restaurant was awarded two stars in the 2014 Michelin Guide Tokyo, Yokohama, Shonan.

かろやかな夏のコースをいただきました。目に美しく、舌に爽やかな野菜中心のお料理で、全くもたれることぎ無かったです。また行きたいです！

6000円の5品コースをランチでいただきました。あまりたくさんは食べられないと思っていたので、量はちょうどよかったです。前菜のアスパラガスの一皿のインパクトが強いです。2本のグリーンアスパラに緑と黄身を使った黄色のソースが鮮やかで美しいのに加え、アスパラの歯ごたえとソースとの相性が素晴らしいです。メインのメバルが少し日の通り過ぎが、ドライであったのが残念です。合いかたのビーフとシイタケが素晴らしかったです。インサラータがちょっと風変わりですが、見た目も美しくさっぱりとした味わいで楽しめました。

何回か伺ったことがありますが、今回はランチで接待。５プレートのランチはデザートもつきますが、量的にはすごくたくさん食べるヒトには向かないかもね。ポーションやや少なめで適量です。雰囲気も良好、とくに女性がメンバーにいる場合の会食にはポイント高いと思われます。

三回目の訪問です。いつ伺っても、工夫を凝らした美味しいお料理が楽しめます。また、何と言ってもサービスの質が高く、高級感があるのにフレンドリーで、寛いでお料理を堪能することができます。特別な事があったらお祝いはここ！と決めています(*^^*)

リオネル・ベカシェフの頃、ディナーで二三度お邪魔させて戴き、完成度の高いお料理に舌鼓を打たせて戴きました。またベカ氏が移られてからは、彼を追い駆けておりました。しかし今回、結婚記念日を祝うため、また、お店の入っているホテルが改装され客室も素晴らしいと伺いましたので、宿泊も兼ね、久々にランチでお邪魔させて戴くことにいたしました。お料理に以前と違いが在ることは予想されましたが、その予想は「良い意味で」裏切られるところとなりました。創意工夫が凝らしてあり頭を使わなければ料理を楽しめない点に変化は在りませんでしたが、どの一皿をとっても、軽やかで繊細な味わいが強調されており、満腹の苦しさを覚えることなく、コースを楽しむことが叶ったからでした。後で伺えば、本店でも同じ傾向がみられる、とのことで、ローアンヌには是非伺おう、との決意を新たにいたした次第でした。一方ご用意下さった席もコーナーに在り、階高の窓の外のウッドデッキを眺めながらの食事は、まるで屋外で摂っているかような錯覚を覚えることとなりました。来年は、銀婚式を迎えます。シェフのお名前を聞き損ってしまいましたが、今度はそのシェフのお料理を楽しむために、伺います。少なくとも…来年は、記念日を再びランチで、またあの席で祝えたら、と思っております。 June 28, 2016

Family and kids really liked the place. Kid friendly and staffs are all English speaking. Great experience, recommended for special occasion.

お店の人の話では、トロワグロ家のルーツにイタリアの血も入っているとのこと、正統派フレンチにイタリア料理の影響が見え隠れして、これが味に相乗効果を与えている。プレゼンテーションも見事でヌーヴェルクイジーヌの流れも踏襲。ミシュラン星付きレストランは外国を含め数々訪ねたが、ここはお勧めの一つに挙げられる。

フレンチだなぁという感じです。どれも洗練されていて、しかも、日本の食材を取り入れていて、でもフレンチという感じ。日本人の心と舌をくすぐる感じです。　私はアレルギーで食べられない食材もあったのですが、同席者と見た目は変わらない疎外感のないアレンジにしていただきお味も楽しめました。　ワインに関しては不慣れな私も、こんな感じでという曖昧な希望にも応えてくれました。お酒が弱いのでシャンパン、白ワインまでで赤ワインまではたどり着けませんでしたが、美味しくいただけました。　お１人でいらっしゃる方も数人お見かけしました。楽しくお食事されている様子でした。お高いのが難ですが、その値段に見合った充分なお味とサービスだと思います。

Xmasランチと友人のお祝いを兼ねて利用しました。全ての一皿一皿が美しく、芸術品のようで、五感で楽しむことができました。お祝いのメッセージをデザートのプレートに描いてていただいたものも全てが1枚の絵のようで美しかったです。ただ、品数がシンプルな上、一皿の量がとても少ないので、家族の中でも男性は誘えません。雰囲気やお店の方のサービスは良く、お写真を快く撮ってくださったり彩光にも気を遣っていただき、気持ち良くお食事が楽しめました。
