Hayden was our hostess and she was delightful. I heard about this concept in Denver and was delighted to find one in Alabama. Flavor fusions were fun and tasty. Suggest splitting items so you can try more. Much like one of their sister companies North Italia they do not function or feel like a chain restaurant. Definitely worth a try.

Arrived a few minutes ahead of our reservation and were seated without issue. Service from the hostess, wait staff, and bar team were timely and attentive. Nice drink menu, wide range of appetizers and entrees. Beautiful place with live music that started about half way through our meal. We'll be back for sure

We enjoy Culinary Dropout and will try it again. Only glitch was a mixup at check in. Our reservation was entered when we arrived as a walk up. After 15 minutes we were informed the only available table was outside. We took it but had to go back to the car for a jacket. It just put a damper on our dinner. The Manager was precious and the food was great. Give them a try.

Really good vibe. I’ve been a few times. The staff is nice, the food is delicious! The happy hour menu offers a decent variety of food and beverage options. Prices are fair.

Normally 5 stars. Thought the fish and chips was overcooked today also. Celebrated a birthday. Most local restaurants offer free birthday dessert. I guess culinary doesn’t.

Wife & I finally stopped by this newish eatery for date night. 1st off, the service was the best; we had a reservation, we arrived early, they got seated early, and from there, I server was on it. SO IF YOU WANT ATTENTATIVE PEOPLE – GO HERE! We had the pizza and chicken, the chicken was a generous portion, it was baked/fired to perfection, the next day it was even better – however, the pizza was very over cooked and was just meh!!! This place was however, very-very-very busy, and filled with humans and IT WAS noisy, to the point we could barely hear each. Bearing a name the word culinary in its name, you would think Culinary Dropout would have an extensive menu or at least more than bar food offerings or at least 1-to-2 menu items that you could get here. However, this is still a good spot for large groups and also families of all ages. We will eventually circle back to this spot and we recommend it…..

It was terrible. We waited 15 Mins for a waiter, after we were seated just to see that everybody else was receiving service. Once we got our waiter grace she didn’t provide good service it felt like she didn’t want to wait on us. Also a table was seated next to us. She went on into telling them the specials for the night and being attentive and even got a chuckle. Usually I don’t tip on bad service but that’s the only time she was coming every 3 minutes once I received the check. We were there an hour. Saw her total 10 times she spoke to us 4 times 3 times was after the check. I don’t recommend this place at all

They have great service. The menu has versatile food offerings. It was on the louder side but the ambiance is nice.
