I brought my family who were visiting for Thanksgiving and they loved it! Lots to do for the kids and the food and service were both excellent! They can’t wait to come back on their next visit!

The waitress was nice The food portions did not equal the value Of you need to charge more to give a normal portion please just do it. Specifically chucutiree board chicken katsu and even the fries to allocated to the sandwich Waited 45 min from order to get 3 chickens and one chicken ceasar salad I understand bread expensive but even a piece or just 1 roll with 1 butter patie would be appropriate with the salad Overall the quality of what we ate was very good

The ambience vibe the restaurant itself is so nice but I can’t say the same about the food for the price of the steak and Fritz I feel like the quality of state should be higher it was too chewy and not hot enough when served. And it’s not a one-time thing about the steak. It’s been the same every single time I’ve ordered it. But the drinks are amazing.

Normally I really enjoy Culinary Dropout but on this visit it was a disaster. Our waiter, Matt, was great but the following were not: 1) Except for the hostess stand it was super understaffed. The fact that they had a buffet event on a Friday night probably led to this but there was about a 3:10 wait staff to table ratio and there seemed to be 3x as many runners/bussers who didn’t do either of those things and mainly stood around and pointed at stuff. 2) It took an hour from food order to food arrival. Zero explanation from anyone. Appetizers arrived cold and two of four items were incorrectly cooked. I get that the Culinary image is more casual and laid back but it really felt like management has created a culture where being indifferent to the customer from entry to exit are part of the experience.

Hi Don, thank you for your kind words about Matt-- we will be sure to celebrate him on your behalf. In regards to the less than ideal aspects we deeply apologize and would love the opportunity to make it up to you. Please check your inbox for a private message :)

It was 6 PM and the music was so loud that we could not talk. There was no other place to sit when we asked about it. We were told they were in nightclub mode. Food is excellent. It’s a great place to go, but I would say start nightclub mode, music volume at 9 PM. We simply can’t go back if it doesn’t change.

Hi Rebecca, thank you for your valuable feedback. Live music and a DJ are features exclusively for Friday and Saturday nights, come check us out any other night for more mellow vibes. We hope to see you soon :)

Very modern, industrial feel. Very noisy with music playing and high ceilings with no baffle, but the food and service are well worth it. I have been there twice now. The first time with a group of 8 other women. They didn't bulk at separate checks, and everyone loved their lunches. Today, I went with my husband, who had the Peking Duck and Shrimp Fried Rice, and I had the Fried Chicken (3 large pieces), biscuit, mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. Everything was excellent... except the coleslaw, it was just okay. We both have plenty left for lunch tomorrow. Plan to return soon with my mom and best friend.

We enjoyed our dinner at Culinary Dropout tonight. The only complaint we may have had was that the French fries were not very fresh, but the rest of our dinner was great. And our server was very good.

I’ve always had a goodexperience at this location, but my most recent visit was the best by far. Someone in our party had dietary restrictions (gluten and vegetarian). The manager greeted us for our reservation and I asked him him suggestions. He gave us the perfect dish suggestion. In fact, when he went into the kitchen and made sure it was going to be cooked correctly. Everyone else on staff was amazing as well. We had the best interactions with the entire team. I would highly recommend this place for every occasion.
