Food and service was very good. Big portions and good value for money. Was seated straight away and didn't gave to wait too long for our order to come to the table.

Food was fabulous and staff were so pleasant and attentive to deal with. Lovely atmosphere and not too noisy either. I will definitely go back.

The girl serving the table was an absolute pleasure but as we were out for a birthday lunch we expected a lot more, food was very poor plates of food given back and presentation poor. Waited for drinks for about 30 minutes maybe more. Usually love coming to Hayes any time of day but after this I am highly disappointed

Was very busy and although staff did their best, we waited 50 minutes for our food. Used tables were very slow to be cleared. Food was hot, but not up to the usual standard.

Delicious food. Four of us had different dishes and all gave full marks. Presentation was good and very tasty! Great chips too. Well done. We will be back soon!
