   Good service and tasty food. Menu needs to be expanded. Pricing is a bit high. Happy hour pricing is appreciated; especially that it’s available 7 days a week.

   First time. Lunchtime. The nice atmosphere was a great surprise as I expected more of a bar scene. Liked the feel of the place, attentive service and good food. We will return again.

   We have eaten here every week since opening. Tonight it took almost two hours to get in and out and we were waiting and asking about everything from appetizer to desert after major delays. No apologies and no leadership explanation, head scratcher, at least the food was good, but hoping for a rebound next week.

   We had to wait over fifteen minutes for our reservation which was ok. Unfortunately the service was generally very weak. 25 minutes for our appetizer, another 30 minutes for entrees after appetizer plates were pulled, second round of drinks not delivered until we were half way through our entrees even though they were ordered well before the entrees came. We go here often and we are hoping this was just an anomaly.

   Every time I come here I have a great experience from top to bottom. The staff is always nice to us from the moment we walk in the door. I tell people about this place on a daily basis because I love it so much. Easily my favorite place to eat in Dallas!

   We recently started dining at DL Macks and enjoy it very much. This time we enjoyed our food but being seated outside in the cold with no heaters was unpleasant. Seating was not clean nor welcoming. I did place in the request indoor seating. The hostess was not the best when we asked for a seat inside and said it would be 3 hrs to get inside. If the patio is being listed for seating it should be nice, comfortable and welcoming for guests.
