Da Andrea Restaurant is a locally-owned and operated, it is a Northern Italian restaurant in the heart of West Village, New York City that has been around for more than two decades.

Da Andrea offers traditional Italian cuisine, regional specialties, seasonal dishes, an extensive wine selection and craft cocktails for our guests to enjoy. The restaurant's specialty is homemade, handcrafted fresh pasta, which we have perfected since we have opened. The chefs also offer delicious homemade entrees and risotto that are made with fresh, local ingredients, that use traditional Italian recipes. Our menu is designed to offer something for everyone, and the restaurant has been recognized for its excellent food and service.

    My friend and I had dinner here after a day of shopping and walking through New York City. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with pleasant servers and staff, and all aspects of our food were fantastic. My friend had the beef carpaccio salad, which she loved as well as the homemade raviolis, which were like nothing I had ever tasted before. I had the salmon fillet, which was also delicious and served over cauliflower and spinach. It was a delightful dining experience, and we will definitely be back.

    We were 4 friends meeting for Sunday brunch at Da Andrea, really wanting to catch up with each other but also enjoying the food, ambience and delightful charm of the restaurant. The waitstaff were so kind and accomodating of how we savored not just the food, but the company of our friends. Would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you to Da’ Andrea for being a restaurant that understands hospitality.

    A wonderful place in the heart of Greenwhich village , very welcoming stuff at the front willing to help and accommodate you, service was outstanding even tho it was very busy and food was delicious

    We had the best dinner last night at Da Andrea! The food (including our espresso martinis) was delicious and the wait staff was so accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Would highly recommend this spot!! Thanks for having us!

    This is a must visit when dining in NYC. We love this restaurant and have been coming for years. The food is consistently delish! Best of all, is the way we are treated. Sidy, the manager, always greets us upon arrival smiling and enthusiastic about being there! He is truly an asset to this restaurant!! We look forward to seeing him as much as we look forward to our dining experience!! I believe he is a huge part of the reason this restaurant is a success. I strongly encourage people to dine here and order whatever appeals to you - you can’t go wrong nor will you regret it!!

    DO NOT DINE HERE. We ordered the Ribeye special which was $150 and came with two pasta dishes of our choosing. We chose the pumpkin ravioli as one of the sides and I bite into it and it is FISH, which I do not eat for religious reasons. The staff apologized and brought out another plate of ravioli, only for it to be fish AGAIN. This is unacceptable. They told us the kitchen couldn’t tell the difference between the pumpkin and fish ravioli because they are the same shape. Thank God I don’t have a fish allergy, but what if someone did? Definitely cross contamination going on in that kitchen. Additionally, the steak was undercooked and had no flavor. The carbonara barely had any pancetta. The food is bland and nothing about this restaurant is worth your money.
