   Wonderful experience. Service was great and they cooked and cut our meat at the table. Side dishes were 10/10 and food overall was wonderful had a great time

   Good Korean BBQ in a sleek atmosphere. Kpop way too loud and annoying, so hard to have a conversation - speakers are everywhere, so there are no quieter areas. Banchan just ok, lots of pickled radish, lack of green ie spinach banchans. No refills offered. Would have like to have the appetizers served before the bbq, because the server had to start cooking right away. But we asked to slow down service and she was understanding. Meat is good, pricing is fair for this type of establishment. Full bar would be a nice addition. Wine is limited, by bottle only, and just ok. Despite it being Christmas day, everyone was welcoming and attentive. Would recommend this place for bbq.

   I overall had a good experience here. My only slight disappointment was that it was me and my bf first time there and we needed a little assistance on the process to eat and experience the food. After mentioning it was our first time, he kind of just stood there. He wasn’t rude, just…there I guess. I thought he’d be more thorough and inviting on making sure we understood how things are done or even giving suggestions. He proceeded to bring food out and just cook…he didnt’ explain what the other items were on the grill…we just had to keep asking…he’d answer…but eventually we just figured how to enjoy our meal. Again good experience I think the waiter should be a lil more helpful and open to new comers.

   I would rate my experience as a two out of five stars. There were a few areas that could use improvement. First, we were unaware of the service charge, which I believe was mentioned on the website, but I missed it. Additionally, we ordered two bottles of soju, and one of them arrived warm, which affected our enjoyment of it. When I mentioned this to one of the waitresses, she promptly took the bottle away and returned with what she claimed was a new one. However, it was a bit concerning to see that it had been opened prior to reaching our table. While the food was decent, these service-related issues led me to feel that I wouldn’t choose to return. I appreciate the effort from the staff, but I think there are definitely improvements that could enhance the overall experience.

   This is my favorite Korean bbq place to go to in Chicago. The quality of meat is superb and delicious. The service is so nice, friendly, and courteous. It’s nice that they help us cook the meat since we have to also tend to our crazy toddler. I love that they have small plates and utensils for kids. The only thing I hope they improve is the amount of condiments. They are a little stingy on these. They should refill these right away. Most Korean bbq places do this automatically and without having to ask. Overall, the place is fantastic and their ventilation system is phenomenal. Will go back again.
