Customer service was excellent from the moment we walked onto the property. Everyone was polite, smiling, warm, and hospitable. The front desk, the wait staff, the back up wait staff, the bar, ... everyone. Lovely vibe. Very good food. We had the vegan tea service. Every morsel was delicious. The scones we great! The tea waitress was absolutely lovely, She shared her enthusiasm about her love of tea and it enhanced our experience. We plan to return. We were a group of four.

Really great Lunar New Year tea, it just took sooooo long to be served (45 mins). We did get an apology glass of bubbly, nice touch. No itemized bill was a bit weird, not sure what the “extras” were. I really want to like eating at the Proper but our experiences at Caldo Verde and now Dahlia have all been just a bit off.

Had a wonderful birthday tea room service! Everything was excellent- the food, the service, and the ambiance. My party of 3 had the Lunar New Year special tea menu.

What a wonderful experience and super venue. Service was impeccable. All food and pastries are made in house and 10 out of 10. Absolutely great afternoon. Make reservations and be on time. We look forward to coming again! Sure to impress anyone looking for out of the box experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Nutcracker Tea experience. From the cozy ambience to the tea smelling to the delicious savory and sweet bites and cocktails to the attentive service; all were excellent. This is a great way to stop, savor and celebrate the holiday season in a warm, relaxing, festive environment . Highly recommend.

Four of us had the Vegan Afternoon Tea. It was wonderful and the best we have ever had. We have had Afternoon Teas in Los Angeles, NYC, Paris, London, San Francisco and Toronto. This was by far the best and it was without compromise. There were no eliminating ingredients to make it vegan and no funny textures in the sweets. What a find!

Our server/hostess was Lluvia and she was PHENOMENAL!! Lluvia was very attentive and knowledgeable, and despite some hiccups with security and juggling more tables than expected, she was very professional and our party never felt ignored! We went to the Biltmore yesterday, and I can honestly say I prefer Afternoon Tea at the Dahlia. Thank you again to Lluvia, you’re a gem ❤️❤️❤️

What a great experience! The vibe and aesthetic is amazing. The tea selection was also great. The food was delicious with many great choices. My only criticism about the food is the bread was a little stale but I could look past it because the flavors were there. The best part of everything - the service. Our serve was Lluvia and she was incredible. Very personable, sweet, and knowledgeable. We will be back because of her!

We so enjoyed afternoon tea at Dahlia. The service was perfect. We are able to smell the teas before selecting what we wanted to drink. We loved the savory and sweet items on the tea tower. What a lovely way to spend an afternoon.
