Midwest Italian restaurant focusing on house made pastas, utilizing vegetables from Chef Joe Frillman’s family farm.

Our bakery and cafe serves La Colombe Coffee alongside an array of pastries and sandwiches crafted by Chef Leigh Omilinksy.

Dinner reservations are available Tuesday - Sunday; we are closed for dinner service on Mondays.
Our cafe operates from 7:00am - 3:00pm every day.
Lunch is available from 11:00am - 2:00pm every day.
We do not take lunch or cafe reservations, it is first come first served.

Please note that there will be a 25% service charge applied to all bills. This goes to pay our staff equitably as well as provide health and other benefits not typically offered in restaurants.

Much of the produce at this Italian-by-way-of-the-Midwest restaurant comes from chef Joe Frillman's brother's farm outside Chicago. Find it in playful dishes like onion dip with housemade Ruffles, fritto misto with cheese curds, and pierogi with mussels and beer.

Overview of our experience with Daisies: Overall - 8/10 The first thing you notice when entering if the lively and inviting ambiance. The volume level was a comfortable talking level and we had no problem talking with our guests. The customer service was great! Our waitress and assistants consistently kept my drinks filled and were attentive and were happy to answer our questions. I would rate the food 7.5/10 - it was good but did not blow me away. The waitress suggested family style and we did share 2 starters and 4 entrees - portion sizes were appropriate and not too big. We really enjoyed the agnolotti pasta. I had read reviews on their agnolotti made from beets and it lived up to the hype. It had a subtle sweetness and the table agreed it was their favorite pasta. We ended the dinner with their butter cake and roasted vanilla gelato. Overall, the experience was nice and I would definitely recommend trying Daisies out at least once!

Fantastic experience with super knowledgeable and kind staff. Highly recommend the espresso martini and chicken fried quail.

First time for brunch today, great experience. They have some traditional brunch items and some more lunch type, all were great. I wish they had some more cocktail options, but what we had were pretty good.

Excellent food and friendly service! The black truffle ravioli with pancetta and grapes was a standout. Definitely will be back.

My friend and I had a fantastic experience at Daisies last night! I moved to Logan Square about four months ago and this restaurant came highly recommended by so many. The ravioli and the rigatoni were absolutely divine! So wonderful to have this gem just a few blocks away. Highly recommend!

We sat in the back room, which was not as fun. The food and service were wonderful, and because it was quieter in the back room, we were able to have a nice conversation. Our first round of cocktails were just not our taste, so we ordered a bottle of wine instead. I’d definitely return, sit in the main dining room and skip the cocktail next time.

food was very good! all dishes slightly salty. service excellent only true exception to experience was the mandatory 25% min gratuity- little weird and felt forced on with high tip
