This has been a favorite for Asian food for me for many years. Love the happy chicken. Tried Mongolian beef as happy chicken was not available, but the beef dish was lacking in flavor. The beef was inferior unless you like to chew for a while. The salt and pepper rice, another favorite, needed both salt and pepper, or some desirable flavor. This seems to follow a trend of restaurants going downhill imo. I won’t speculate why, I’ll just move on to another place.

We had an awesome experience at DanDan! Service was wonderful, every staff member was kind and warm. Food was so delicious. We had the dandan noodles of course, but also the market vegetables which that day happened to be broccoli in a mussel sauce, shrimp fried rice and beef chow fun. Things were served family style which our server let us know right away. It was great because our party of 4 could try everything. Would definitely come back. Also book a reservation in advance, we overheard a walk-in being told it might be a long wait.

Our first time here living in Milwaukee. I was celebrating my birthday. We brought our out of town guests and Dan Dan graciously accommodated updating our reservations to four. Atmosphere was very comfortable and our server was amazing. Our food was just what we expected absolutely incredible . We will be returning very soon. If anyone needs recommendation order the egg rolls. And The Dan Dan are underrated . They need to be boxed up in frozen and available in every local grocery store. In the meantime, we will just be coming back and enjoying the wonderful experience again. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time the staff was very attentive and friendly. It’s been awhile since we’ve gone here and I don’t know what took us so long to come back. The crab Rangoon was the best I’ve ever had and the egg roll was up there too!! See you soon!!

So glad we chose DanDan for our family birthday celebration dinner! First win, they are open on Monday. Our server Garrett was super friendly and attentive. Ordering 1-2 dishes apiece was perfect so we could share and sample everything. Beef chow fun was awesome!

We had the crispy rice salad, boa buns, mongolian beef and the rice cakes and pork belly. Loved every thing!

First time there. Food was awesome! Service was great! If we didn’t have a screaming child by us (what are you going to do) it would have been great! Great value for the price!
