First time there but won't be my last! Beautiful spot, so nicely decorated, service was impeccable, staff friendly and food prompt and delicious. Impressive menu. Would also like to commend the hostess for phoning me when we were late for our reservation because we were lost, she gave directions that helped get us there in a hurry. And they held our reservation despite being totally full with no other tables available. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience as always (we've been here several times). Very attentive, patient, and pleasant staff. We were in a rush to get to a show at the NAC, and our server was so helpful in making sure everything happened efficiently, but still in a warm and friendly way. Food was delicious. Nice table, cozy atmosphere, not noisy. Recommend!

We has a very enjoyable dinner. The server was pleasant, always ready to help. The cost was average. Fish & chips/chicken schnitzel was quite good! Bar tag was high but not unexpected. Would go back for sure.

I made and later confirmed a reservation for tonight (Wednesday) at 5:00 p.m.at the Sparks Steet location as we were going to a concert at the NAC. When we arrived at 5:08 p.m. the check in desk had no resrvation made in my name (first or last) or for the reservation number I was given by Open Table, the online reservation system. Fortunately, two friends were seated so we sat down with them. Had the reservation been for a busier night we would have been turned away.

I brought friends from out of the country here after touring downtown most of the day. We loved the gouda cheese balls! Must try! The French onion soup was amazing. We did the ghost tour right next door. Highly recommend both for anyone showing off Ottawa to friends :) great food and fun!!!

Food, service, ambiance were excellent, value for your money was acceptable. Access from the street to the upper level is a challenge for persons with mobility issues. The stairs are steep and there needs to be a handrail installed on the right side of the stairs as one is going up. I should not think that this would be a big expense and it would geatly improve the access to the upper level for persons with mobility issues.

We were at Darcy McGee's after an event at the NAC. We were seated immediately and the waitstaff were quick to offer drinks, they were delivered in a timely fashion and then our food order was taken. We didn't wait long for the Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese with side caesar and Fish Tacos with side house salads to arrive. The food was very tasty and the perfect amount, not huge platefuls, just the perfect amounts.
