Mark your calendars for Monday December 16th, as Darling will be hosting the incredible New Standards Jazz trio as they play some of our favourite holiday classics. Our dinner menu will be available along with a few special features! Available seating times are 5pm and 7:30pm with very limited availability. Join us in welcoming in the New Year with us at Darling ✨ Chef Tyler and team have created a very special 5 course menu. We have an optional wine pairing with some very exciting wines and of course bubbles to toast to the evening. Tickets are $85 per person with an optional Wine Pairing and Oysters add-on. Two seating times available 5pm & 7:30pm. Always a great dining experience, chef Ty continues to provide varying menus with amazing new and unexpected flavour experiences. It’s rarely the same dining experience twice, but it’s always incredibley delicious, and well priced for the gourmet quality and portion size. We also appreciate that the menu caters to so many occasions, from brunch, to a quick snack with a few small shared plates before or after a show, to a full multiple-course dinner experience. Highly recommended. The cocktails are also excellent, and the wine offerings are definitely fun and I’d say rather unique to Edmonton.

This is my second visit to this charming restaurant. Date night the first time. Brunch this time. The food was exemplary (again). Beautiful bespoke wine selections. Jake was wonderful. What a gem! Booked for next Sunday on my way home. Ten stars

What a lovely evening! Darling never disappoints. Between the delicious food and the beautifully crafted cocktails by the wonderful Adam, it was a perfect night. Looking forward to the next time!

The appetizers were fantastic. The oysters were very fresh, the olives were flavorful, and the croquette was outstanding. The linguine was decent, but we weren't impressed with the sauce. The chocolate dessert was also very good, providing a nice, sweet note to finish off a lovely dinner.

First time at Darling. Small restaurant and was full on a Saturday evening. I recommend that you make a reservation. Limited menu, which I like. Food and service were top notch. Good prices on the food. Wine was a tad on the pricey side, the least expensive was around $75. Enjoyed and will go back.

Enjoyed our experience. Food is very well prepared, and service was good. Really enjoyed the carpaccio, and the burrata salad. We were not a fan of the squid ink pasta. There was nothing wrong with it, it just wasn’t to our tastes (more pronounced fish flavor than we expected). Bottle of organic Rose was a lovely accompaniment to the meal. Menus change seasonally and we would definitely come back again.
