Welcome to Daroco, where Italian gastronomy meets Soho decadence on Manette Street.

Come enjoy homemade pastas such as ravioli filled with braised pheasant or tagliolini with mushroom butter & black truffle, or why not try what Grace Dent praised as "possibly the best pizzas in Soho" from our beautiful, blue butterfly pizza oven? Afterwards, our cocktail bar, the Wacky Wombay, opens downstairs from 5PM where you can enjoy creative, innovative drinks in a cozy, speakeasy-like setting.

The food was okay. The service, not so much. Had to ask for a top-up 3 times. Nobody checked back during the meal, luckily no big problems with the food. It won't be my favourite place. It was an experience for sure.

Not really mu cip of tea. Bubbles selegtion is questionable, to be polite. 3 out of 6 foods ordered where tasty. Wierd but okei. Other 3…. Well… Service was all over the place. Most of the time confused about something. Overall. It game highly recomended bu friends. But strangely did not impress.

It’s a beautiful building and a wonderful space - we were seated right away but it took about 30 minutes in a restaurant with two other busy tables for staff to begin dinner service. After that, food came quickly and service was good. The starters were incredible - however, the beef guancia and parmigiana were significantly lacking in flavour. The cook on both was great - but each dish really required more depth of flavour in the dish to be good. It lost what it had halfway through each bite. If I come back, it would be for aperitvo or dessert only.

Really enjoyed our first experience at Daroco. We had the pre-theatre menu which was good value, varied in choice and the food was excellent. We had attentive, friendly service and decor was gorgeous. Our only small negative comment would be the wine list which was a bit limited and pricey.

What a lovely new place! When booking I have to admit I was worried my expectations will not be meet at such a new place,plus reading the reviews not much information has been given. But me and my friends were more than happy with our dinner. Special thanks to Jeno,what a star!!! He took such great care of us from start to finish. Food quite limited but pretty nice,the restaurant is gorgeous and the location fantastic. There is always space for improvement but I can definitely will be coming back in the future. Many thanks

Lovely food, service was ok. We were surprised that it wasn’t busier. Also enjoyed the downstairs cocktail bar. Needs a bit more vibe.

The taste and quality of the dishes we tried was sublime. We started with the veal, then had the venison ragu and finished with the blood orange panna cotta. I cannot fault any of the food. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated and its a great ambience. The only thing that is not as good as hoped was the service: the girl at the front door when we arrived was unfriendly and not welcoming. The staff were busy, but when it was quiet and we were trying to get the bill it was hard to find anyone who took attention to us. There are a few details that were absent or not as good as they could have been in terms of service, but overall, I'd visit again for the food. Also, although they have a full bar below, they will only make cocktails from their limited menu, so they cannot do even a simple classic cocktail.
