Fire pot was wonderful. Spicy food if your into that. Service was a little slow but the drinks were worth the wait! The North pole Mule was amazing tasted like apple Pie drink, we even bought the wine to make it at home! Espresso Martini was sweet, good. Wait staff was polite and helped where they could.

Our dinner experience was disappointing. First, we ordered a Sake flight. The menu stated it was for a service of 2 or more. It arrived at our table without accompanying individual glasses. Also, there was no description of each sample so technically, it was a blind tasting. My husband ordered the roast duck. The bao buns were ala carte. The duck was dry & the buns were cold. My salt & pepper shrimp was delicious as were the crispy pork dumplings, famous green beans, and wild mushrooms.

Dashi Sichuan Kitchen is such a great departure from so many nondescript Asian restaurants in town. The food is delicious with both unique and standard options to choose between. The decor and ambiance are inviting and,, well, the bar is definitely a treat. Plan a visit - you will be glad you did.

This was our 2nd time this month at Dashi. First time was for my 40th birthday. Should have been a big deal, took forever to get a server to just get our drink orders. What should have been a big celebration was then squashed by our service. Food is great this time. Fast forward a couple of weeks, made a reservation and came to check in. No one there. Some guy comes to check us is and seems annoyed. Seats us. Same server from last time. Forgets to bring something I ordered and had to ask other server. Also, never checked on us to see how dinner was going and if we needed more water or drinks. Very disappointing. Especially when you spend a lot of money to eat out.
